Stove Top: Cook only one bag at a time. 1. Add vegetables and 1/4 cup water to a medium saucepan. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Drain and serve. For Food Safety & Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary.
