This is the first time I have used a period cup, but I have to say it will definitely get used again. At first it's a bit of trial and error getting the cup to feel right but eventually it makes it way to stay comfortably in place for up to 12 hours. The pull tab is easy to use for removal and it's not messy. I used it each day of my cycle and I forget about having my period which is nice. I like that it is reusable which is great for my wallet and the environment and it doesn't have any harsh chemicals like BPA or phthalates. The cup is made of silicone and it is easy to bend and manipulate. Overall, I'm glad I tried this and will definitely keep it in my rotation of period products. The discs require a little more practice and trial and error but I can see how they definitely come in handy in various situations. Don't be afraid to try Flex, it's definitely worth the investment and time. It makes life with your period so much easier once you get the hang of it!
