Premium grade rice. Specially selected. Using new milling technology. Just add water. For additional recipes please visit www.jfc.com. This bag has microscopic holes to let the rice breathe. It is not waterproof. Please do not place on wet surfaces. Product of USA.
Ingredients
MILLED RICE.
Directions
Rice: 1-1/2 cups. 2 Cups water. Cooking Directions: All purpose rice (Excellent for Sushi). Combine 1 1/2 cups Nishiki Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Let rice soak for 15 minutes before cooking. When ready, bring to a soft boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice. Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1-1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Peel and reseal tape.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
