You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.

At first, I felt like the little spring mechanism felt a little flimsy but now I’ve changed my mind on that subject, and it seems to be very durable and robust. If there is one thing that isn’t what I quite expected it is the pass-through charging quality. Because the current has to pass through the oh snap mount, it has a tendency to overheat the phone and make it shut off charging continuously. So when I want to wirelessly Charge it overnight, I have to take off the cover or else when I wake up in the morning it will only be at about 50%. However, if I just need to charge it a little bit or to put it in my vehicle wireless MagSafe charger while I’m on the road it works well enough. This isn’t a defect of the oh snap mount it’s more about the limitations of the wireless charging effect (which is prone to overheating anyways) and how it will overheat no matter what if the current is passing through something to get to the phone.
