You don’t have to do anything to accept Credits and rewards you've earned. Credits and rewards with the earliest expiration date automatically applies to your order first. You can choose not to apply Credits and rewards at checkout.
Access your Credits and rewards
- Go to your account.
- Select Credits, promos, and gift cards.
- View an itemized breakdown of your credits, available promotions, and credit history.
Applied Credits and rewards also appears on the checkout screen.
Refunds that don’t go back to your original payment method appear as promotions, not Credits and rewards.
Credits and rewards awards subject to Credit Back Terms. Credit has no cash value. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. You can’t transfer credit to another Instacart account. We can’t apply promos or credits toward fees, taxes, tips, or alcohol items due to local laws and regulations.
