Some offers require the purchase of specific products, sizes and quantities or a minimum spend subtotal with one designated retailer on the Instacart marketplace. The discount or incentive will appear in your cart once the required action has been taken, while supplies last. For percentage-based discount offers, a maximum dollar discount amount may apply, as described in the promotional offer. State and Local laws in your area may prohibit alcohol discounts and/or exclude alcohol from the offer’s qualifying minimum spend. If the discount isn’t applied automatically during checkout, alcohol products may not be eligible for this offer, based on your State and Local laws. If qualifying items are removed from your cart or the offer expires before purchase is completed, the offer will not be applied.

Promotional offers may only apply to eligible items displayed with the offer and may be combined with select other Instacart coupons and promotional offers, but not mail-in rebates. If no limit is specified, offers are limited to one per account. Any promotional offers that require a minimum spend on eligible items will be calculated based on the subtotal of eligible items, excluding taxes and fees. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax and fees on your order, which may be calculated based on the original pre-discount price. A valid Instacart account with an accepted payment method on file is required to redeem coupons.
Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be sold, copied, modified, transferred, or applied retroactively to prior purchases. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Additional Terms for Promotional Offers on Alcohol Beverage Products
Promotional offers (“Offers”) are valid only for the lawful purchase of alcohol beverage products by individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of purchase and delivery. All customers must present a valid government-issued ID, and all orders are subject to age verification upon delivery. Delivery of alcohol is subject to applicable laws and retailer policies. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is underage, visibly intoxicated, or otherwise unable to accept delivery. Alcohol may not be left unattended.
Product types, inventory, and delivery availability are subject to change based on retailer participation, geographic location, applicable laws and regulations, and inventory constraints. Not all alcohol products are eligible for Offers, and Offers are void where prohibited, including in certain states, counties, or municipalities. Employees, agents, and officers of alcohol beverage suppliers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible to redeem promotional offers. Pickup-related discounts apply only to eligible pickup orders and are available only at participating retailers.
In the event alcohol is unavailable or delivery cannot be completed for any reason, Instacart may still charge applicable delivery fees, bottle deposit fees, service fees, and/or shopper tips. Refund restrictions apply: you will not receive a refund where delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being underage, intoxicated, or unavailable at the time of delivery.
