Membership Offer Terms
To redeem this offer, you must activate your Instacart+ membership by the date listed in your promotional email, while supplies last. The offer is non-transferable and is effective upon the date of sign-up.
BY TRYING INSTACART+, YOU AGREE TO THE INSTACART+ TERMS, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AFTER YOUR DESIGNATED FREE TRIAL, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN ANNUAL INSTACART+ MEMBERSHIP AT THE PROMOTIONAL RATE INDICATED AT SIGN UP FOR YOUR FIRST YEAR OF MEMBERSHIP ($99/YEAR THEREAFTER) TO ANY ACTIVE PAYMENT METHOD YOU HAVE ON FILE, UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOUR FREE TRIAL ENDS.
Your membership will automatically renew every year to any active payment method you have on file until you cancel. Subscription prices are subject to change. You may cancel your subscription by selecting “Cancel Membership” in the “Your Instacart+ Membership” page. Cancellation goes into effect at the start of your next annual billing cycle. Charges may be applied up to 6 hours prior to renewal but are refundable per the Instacart+ Terms.
You are eligible to receive a refund if you cancel within 5 days of the start of the paid membership term and you have not placed any orders with Instacart+ or activated the New York Times Cooking subscription.
With Instacart+, delivery fees will not be charged on grocery and retail orders over $10, Costco orders over $35, or eligible restaurant orders over $25.

Additional Instacart+ benefits (including access to Peacock, New York Times Cooking and sharing your Instacart+ membership with a Family Account) are subject to additional terms and may be modified or terminated at any time. Peacock redemption of this offer by Instacart+ trial members may be subject to a daily limit and will require users to have a valid payment method on file.
Instacart reserves the right to modify or cancel the trial membership offer at any time. Instacart is not a retailer or seller. Instacart and/or certain retailers may not be available in all zip or post codes. Offer may be modified or canceled by Instacart at any time.
*Monthly Grocery Credit during your first year of Instacart+, 5-Month Offer
Eligible and active annual Instacart+ members shall receive a $10 monthly Grocery Credit during their first year of Instacart+ membership on a qualifying order for up to 5 months, delivered monthly while the Instacart+ membership is maintained upon activation of the Offer.
Offer available to eligible customers that activate a new annual Instacart+ membership or trial during the valid offer time period. Valid on one qualifying order of $10 or more with one qualifying retailer per month, purchased through Instacart.com or the Instacart app, while supplies last. Does not apply to restaurant orders powered by Uber Eats. Valid only in the United States. One offer per household.
The first Grocery Credit becomes available on the first day an eligible member joins Instacart+ and is available for 30 days. Subsequent credits become available on the first calendar day of each subsequent eligible month and expire at the end of that calendar month. Instacart+ membership must be active in order to use the Grocery Credit. Credit applies automatically to eligible orders that meet the qualifying minimum spend. Must be used in entirety on one order (one credit per order only).
Grocery Credit applies to the total purchase price for all qualifying products, excluding alcohol. Excludes taxes, service fees, special handling fees, and/or other fees. May not be combined with certain other Instacart+ offers, promotions, or discounts. May not be sold, copied, modified, transferred, or used retroactively for prior purchases. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. Offer and Credits have no cash value.
