Instacart+ Perks program

From time to time, Instacart may offer Instacart+ Perks that grants Instacart+ members access to promotional discounts and other offers from a limited time and determined at Instacart's sole discretion.  Instacart+ Perks:

  • Are available only to eligible Instacart+ members;
  • May be offered for limited promotional periods (including specific calendar months);
  • May vary by month, member segment, geography, or other eligibility criteria;
  • May be subject to additional terms, conditions, limitations, and redemption requirements.

Instacart+ Perks have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and are non-transferable. Instacart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, suspend, or discontinue any Instacart+ Perk at any time without notice, including before a stated promotional period ends.

Monthly Grocery Discount: Eligible and active annual Instacart+ members shall receive $10 off (the “Grocery Credit”) on a qualifying order for a limited number of months as determined by Instacart in its sole discretion in which the Instacart+ membership is maintained upon activation of the Offer. Offer available to eligible customers that activate a new annual Instacart+ membership or trial during the valid offer time period. Monthly Grocery Credit valid on one qualifying order of $10 or more with one qualifying retailer per month and purchased through Instacart.com or the Instacart app, while supplies last. The first monthly Grocery Credit becomes available on the first day an eligible member joins Instacart+ and shall be available for 31 days.
